Our e-mail address
All contact goes through one address: [email protected].
- no telephone number
- no office or postal address
- no live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram account
Messages that claim to come from us through any other channel are not genuine and should be ignored. There is no paid support line, and we never charge for answering a question about the guide. Writing in simple English is fine.
Good reasons to get in touch
Think of this address as a way to talk about the guide itself. Corrections, suggestions for things we explained badly, broken links and technical problems with the page are all fair topics.
You can also write to ask us to delete earlier correspondence, as described in the privacy policy. Even small things, like a typo, are worth reporting.
What not to send
Leave the following out of your message:
- Aadhaar, PAN, passport or any other ID document
- passwords or one-time codes for any account
- bank, card, UPI or wallet details
No genuine request from India Crash Game Brief will ever ask for these. If an e-mail or message claiming to be from us asks for them, do not reply, and delete it.
Accounts, withdrawals and disputes
We can explain the game and correct our own page. We cannot recover funds, settle disputes or contact a casino for you, because we have no relationship with any of them. We also do not sell or share any kind of prediction tool, since Aviator's multiplier is fixed by a random generator before each round.
What happens next
Once your e-mail arrives, someone reads it and decides what to do:
- errors are checked against the demo and Spribe's pages, then fixed
- questions are answered where we can
- deletion requests are carried out
We do not promise a response time, but no message is ignored. Notes that only say thanks may not get a reply, but they are read too.
